Easter visit to Advocate Children's Hospital


Happy Easter to everyone. Our Easter visit to Advocate Children's Hospital was a very special one. We were blessed to add joy to the hospitalized children and handed out books, blankets, movies and other goodies to them while they spent Easter weekend in the hospital.

We also had a very special run in with a couple of our son's cardiologists, including Dr. Ilbawi, the greatest pediatric heart surgeon in the midwest! This very special man performed two heart surgeries on our son and truly works miracles. His passion and his gift are so rare and we thank him for every single day that we got with our son Francesco. It is because of him that we got to hold our son in our arms for a long as we did.

This Easter's visit to Advocate Children's Hospital was one we will always treasure.
