Visit to Advocate Children's Hospital


Christmas Eve we made another visit to Advocate Children's Hospital in Oaklawn to deliver Christmas presents to the hospitalized children and it was a full floor.  The pediatric cardiac unit and intensive care units had close to 26 patients all there over the Christmas holiday. Although we have been there ourselves with our son, it is never easy to see other families spending their holiday that way. Because of our supporters, we were once again able to hand out wonderful gifts to the patients and bring a little joy to their day. The smile on the face of a hospitalized, sick child is like no other! We hope everyone has a blessed Christmas and thank you for helping us thru ours.
